Digital TV On February 17, 2009, all analog
broadcasts will end and only digital signals will be transmitted.
Anyone who uses a regular
antenna or rabbit ears to receive TV signals will need a digital
ready TV or a converter box to receive digital signals.
Subscribers to cable, satellite or other pay services will receive
digital signals through their existing services.
Households are eligible to receive up to two $40 coupons to help pay for converter boxes that cost between $50 - $70.
